CLIMBR — EST. 2026 — NEW YORK
They call it
an attempt.
We call it the work.
WHY CLIMBR EXISTS
Modern fitness culture turned movement into metrics. Steps. Streaks. Badges. Calories. The reduction of every physical thing into a number you can post.
Climbing was supposed to be the antidote.
A six-year-old's first V0 and an Olympic gold medal share the same word — the send. It is binary. Earned. Undeniable. Yours. It cannot be optimized, gamified, or A/B tested.
Climbr exists to honour the send. No streaks. No leaderboards. No "you climbed 47% more this week." Just the wall, the work, and the moment something gets done.
The send is the point.
THE JOURNAL — DISPATCHES FROM THE WALL

Three months on the same eight moves. The lights at Movement go off at eleven. He stays anyway.
ESSAY · THE WORK
What the wall asks you, and what you answer
Words by S. Kahale · 03.2026
On the small, daily negotiation with fear that climbing has always been about — and that no app can measure.

After two surgeries and a year off the wall, the most decorated American climber of her generation re-learns the work.
THE POSITION
Climbing is not
fitness.
It is a conversation with yourself, on the wall, alone. The opponent is internal. The reward is not a number. The proof is the send, and only the send.
Climbr is built around that idea, and against everything that pretends otherwise.
THE ROSTER — CLIMBERS WE ARE BUILDING WITH
Athletes as protagonists.
Not posters.
We do not sponsor athletes. We partner with them on their stories — editorial-first, with depth, on their terms. The first names will be announced in early 2027, in the lead-up to the Olympic Q-Series.
FROM THE ROOM — THE UNDERGROUND, ON RECORD
Built with the climbers
who actually pull on.
“Finally a brand that doesn't ask me to post my heart rate. The send is the post.”
“Our Tuesday send night runs on Climbr now. Forty regulars, zero leaderboard, the loudest the gym has ever been.”
“I projected the same V9 for fourteen months. The app just lets me log it. That's the whole point.”
“No streaks means I can take a week off without an app guilting me. Wild concept.”
“It reads like a brand for climbers, written by climbers, instead of a wellness deck.”
“First brand in years that walked into our gym and asked questions before pitching.”

THE APP — IN PRIVATE BETA
A logbook is a feature.
Climbr is a brand.
The app launches publicly in 2027, in time for the Olympic Qualifier Series. It is being built quietly with a small group of climbers across ten gyms. If you want to be part of that work, the waitlist is below.
The send is the point.
